Haircuts, por fin! (finally!)

After two other attempts earlier in the week to cut both Ben and Gavin's hair, Mommy finally convinced Daddy to just buzz all three of us. The lopsided bushy mohawk wasn't working for Ben, and Gavin and I needed to get the bangs out of our eyes. (It may not appear so in the first picture, but our bangs were in our eyes at times.) Mommy is finding these short, short haircuts pretty easy in the morning rush.

Lego injury

This is what your forehead would look like if you fell face first over the couch into a large Lego bin. (And what your hair would look like if you were in dire need of a haircut.)

Goompa's B-day and the Farm

Aunt Corrine and Cousin Zoey rode with us to meet up with Grandma Michelle at a farm before heading to their house to celebrate Grandpa Jack's birthday. My brothers and Zoey fed a goat, we ran around a fort, and played in the cool playground. (Mommy thinks the rock stairs would be a great addition to our backyard.;) It was sooo cold, but at least it didn't rain while we were there.

That's Gavin sound asleep in the chair. Ben and Gavin both fell asleep on the ride home, while Zoey talked and talked with Carson in the far back. It was a long morning/afternoon, full of fun!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Gavin loves to copy me and he's starting to copy my photo pose.

Yummy green Jelly Belly Pear flavored pudding after lunch.
After Mommy's Shamrock Stride walk on Sunday morning, she brought home some shamrock headbands and necklaces for us to wear. Today, on St. Patrick's Day, we're wearing head to toe green! I went to preschool this morning and Lucas' mommy, Jaquie, who is from Ireland, brought in St. Patrick's Day goodies and we did some projects that kids in Ireland might do.

Ben and Gavin had their fourth speech session today. Jean comes to our house for Ben's speech therapy, but Gavin also gets to benefit from the "lessons." They really enjoy opening all of the blocks Jean brings and seeing what little toys will be inside, bears, puppies, boats, planes, trucks, etc. They're working on p, b, d, and m words right now. Gavin even said, "Thank you, Jean" which really surprised her. He started saying, "Thank you, Mommy" this week which makes Mommy very happy. Ben started helping Mommy and Daddy "read" books these last couple of weeks as well. Gavin and Ben especially love all of the Brown Bear books.

We're currently at Me, too! Cafe, where Mommy can work on the blog for me, and my brothers and I are making St. Patrick's Day crafts and playing in the kid's room. Fun for all!

Skater D. Build-A-Bear

Thanks to a birthday gift card from Avery, I enjoyed creating my very first Build-A-Bear. I decided to name him Skater Dude Bear. He has a helmet, elbow and knee pads, and a skateboard. He is so cool! It was really fun making him, too!

I LOVE my new camera that Angie got for me for my birthday. It's a V-Tech Digital and it doesn't take large megapixel pictures, but I really don't care. I just love taking pictures, choosing different "stamps" and frames, recording short movies, and playing video games! Mommy narrowed the pictures down from 293!
