 Chuck E. Cheese is where a kid can be a kid!  And boy, do our kids LOVE it there!  Brian and Travis (Dad of the birthday boy) got in on some of the fun while shooting some hoops.  We helped our good buddy Merrick celebrate his 5th birthday with Chuck E., arriving rather late from our Full House party at OOTW.  We attempted to bribe the twins, trying to get them to just eat one bite of pizza, served at both parties, but it was a no go with the exception of a nibble of crust by Ben.  One day they will love the melted cheese with red sauce on a gooey thin piece of dough.  One day soon, I hope.

Full House Pumpkin Patch Party

We spent a wet, rainy morning at the pumpkin patch for our Full House MOMS and Dads party this year.  The boys all had a fun time, though, and there was so much to do at this pumpkin patch.

Our annual Full House MOMS & Dads Winter Party was held at the Children's Museum this year. We had the entire place to ourselves, with about 300 member showing up for the party. The weather cooperated for us, so everyone went home safe and dry. (Icey rain was in the forecast, starting at 10 PM.)

The Perfect Pumpkins

We went to Sauvie Island's "The Pumpkin Patch" today for a Full House MOMS (Moms of Multiples) and Dads party. With Grandma Joanne on hand, following us with the pumpkin cart, we had a great time looking at farm animals, riding the cow tractor pull, going through a hay maze, and choosing our perfect pumpkins to bring home.

Grandma was surprised to hear Mommy comment that this was our most enjoyable (aka easy going) FHM's party yet, due to having the 1:1 ratio. Yes, despite, Daddy having to jump the hay maze to catch Gavin from running out to a field, Mommy and Daddy reshuffling Ben to stop him from crying on the cow ride, Mommy constantly pulling both twins off the large pumpkin pile, Grandma holding Gavin by the jacket while he tried to run off again, and convincing ME that we will go out to the actual pumpkin patch on a less muddy/rainy day, it wasn't all that bad.
